Empower Your Firstline Workers with Microsoft’s F1 M365 Offering

Empower Your Firstline Workers with Microsoft’s F1 M365 Offering

Today’s businesses are ever more dependent on their Firstline workers. A Firstline worker is someone whose main job is focused on creating or delivering a company’s product. This could be workers who interface directly with a customer or those employees building your product on the manufacturing floor. These Firstline workers frequently have been under resourced with technology. Many companies find it difficult to justify paying the same price for software subscriptions for a Firstline worker versus a traditional knowledge worker, when Firstline workers spend very little time in front of a computer. Microsoft recognized this challenge and began offering Kiosk plans. Those plans first evolved into the F1 plans and now Microsoft includes the F1 plan into their brand-new Microsoft 365 (M365) F1 bundle. The M365 F1 offering includes three major pillars – Office 365 functionality; a scaled down version of the Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite; and Windows 10. Microsoft has priced this product aggressively, which is less than a third of the cost of the regular Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 plans, while offering all the features and security your Firstline worker needs to be successful.

Microsoft Office 365 Advanced eDiscovery: Reducing the Challenges and Costs in Your Legal Proceedings

Microsoft Office 365 Advanced eDiscovery: Reducing the Challenges and Costs in Your Legal Proceedings

The new Advanced eDiscovery tool from Microsoft is groundbreaking while it uses machine learning to find the most valuable data quickly and without the use of expensive outside legal assistance.

eDiscovery, short for electronic discovery, is the process of finding, gathering and generating electronically stored information (ESI) in order to research information or incidences. Many times eDiscovery is required in the litigation process. It can include emails, instant messaging, documents, presentations, CAD/CAM files, databases, voicemail, audio and video files, social media, and web sites, and any other electronic information that could be significant evidence in a lawsuit. It can be an expensive, time consuming process, but Microsoft has created a solution that allows you to quickly and efficiently investigate and meet legal obligations with Office 365 Advanced eDiscovery.

Choosing the Right Office 365 eDiscovery Solution: Comparing E1 vs. E3 vs. E5 Plans

Whether you're a large organization with hundreds of employees or a recent start-up, there may come a time when a pressing matter may occur. This may come in the form of an internal dispute about inappropriate communication in the workplace, something someone said to a client or business partner, or perhaps a lawsuit. You never know, but when it happens, you'll need to be able to identify what exactly occurred and what the next steps are. It may seem impossible when most our communication today is done electronically. How can you find the exact information you need, when hundreds of messages and documents are sent and edited daily? If you are doing it manually, it can be incredibly hard, but with Office 365 eDiscovery you can sort through a ton of content in a single search. eDiscovery searches for content throughout Office 365 within Exchange Online mailboxes, Groups, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Skype for Business conversations. You can easily identify, hold, and export relevant content quickly, making it easier than ever to find what you’re looking for. So how do you get started with eDiscovery in Office 365 and what plan do you need for what?
