This engagement from top executives is not only driving interest but also fostering a culture of involvement among end users. According to Narel, “Seeing that the executives are engaged on this makes the end users feel more engaged in this as well,”.

With Microsoft's support, including funding and tools for readiness assessments and ROI demonstrations, Interlink is committed to providing continuous education and support, especially when it comes to the capabilities and realities of working with AI. Interlink's participation in Microsoft’s Copilot Jumpstart program and comprehensive offerings have to new business opportunities. “I’ve had several new professional services engagements with net-new customers coming in because of our Jumpstart program partnership and because of the offerings that we have,” Narel mentioned.
Narel’s extensive use of Copilot in her daily work provides real-world examples that resonate with customers—she is quoted in the article saying, “That’s a game-changer for us also working with customers—being able to show the real-world use cases, but a lived-out use case and not just, ‘Here is stuff we heard from other customers.’”. This adoption and demonstration on Narel’s part underscores Interlink’s commitment to the proper utilization and education of this innovative technology.
